As a small business owner, new to commercial real estate, Phil has helped our firm through the arduous processes of rezoning, code interpretations, civil engineering, site planning, interior building design, contractor selection, bid reviews, highway and building permits, and the list goes continues to grow.  Phil has bundled his expertise into a package which cuts wasted time, money and uncertainty. Essentially, Phil takes the hard work out of the project, manages it for us and delivers a product which we would of never been able to do by ourselves, let alone, get right. He is in charge of building our family dream home and barn. Which is a big deal for our family and we are super excited to be working with Phil on this new project.

Phil's 15 years of experience in architecture and building allows any homeowner an advantage when buying or selling a home. With Phil, not only can clients work with their realtor, but also their architect and builder. It's a relationship that lasts beyond the closing table.

Phil’s downtime includes home improvements, golf, Penn State football and the Phillies and spending time with his wife and daughter.

You’ll know I’m from the area because…
I say “down the shore”. Say what you want about Jersey but it is still the most economical and relaxing vacation after Labor Day, of course, when the kids are back in school.
